How It Works

Comment Cards

Insight GRM customizes your comment card to ensure that you get information you can use to improve your business and save you money.

For example, we can include a list of your marketing vehicles (such as radio, newspaper, concierge, billboards) or we can monitor the customer’s frequency of dining at your establishment.

You can also choose:

• The size and shape of your comment card
• The type and color of card stock that we can match with the paper used for your response letters and envelopes

We also work with you to provide tips for getting staff and customers to participate in the program.
