During initial setup, we meet with you to:
- Customize a comment card. We include elements that are unique to your restaurant, such as the logo or the types of marketing media you use and want to track.
- Develop customized response letters. We create letterhead and letter content that has your “look and feel.”
Each week, using envelopes that we provide, you send us your comment cards. We enter your information into our database and verify mailing and e-mail addresses to minimize returned mail.
We generate timely personalized response letters and deliver them to you every week. All you have to do is sign and mail them.
We also provide monthly performance reports with detailed and summarized information that shows trends over time.
As you use the program you build an invaluable customer mailing list that can be accessed at any time for marketing purposes.
