Reports and Analysis

Each month, we send you reports that show consolidated results from your comment cards for the previous month.

  • Overall Performance Report gives you total responses for the month, as well as average scores in all service categories.
  • Shift Evaluation Report shows you how your scores vary by time of day.
  • Server Performance Report shows you how many cards each server generated and how they scored in server friendliness and efficiency, and speed of service.
  • Visit Frequency Report shows you the percentage of first-time customers or breaks out how often your guests are coming in.
  • Marketing Analysis Report helps you determine which marketing vehicles are bringing in the customers.
  • Peer Group Comparison Report shows you how you’re stacking up against the rest of Insight GRM’s client base. We use only aggregated data in an anonymous way. If you have multiple locations, this report provides unit-to-unit comparisons.
