Response Letters
Insight GRM works with you to create letters that uniquely express how you want to respond to your customers.
Letters can be used to welcome first-time customers, recognize loyal customers, acknowledge special occasions, address specific issues, or simply thank customers for visiting.
At a minimum, we respond to 10% of the customers who filled out comment cards.
What you'll receive each week:
- Response letters neatly tucked into the appropriate addressed stamped envelope. Simply review and sign the letters and drop them in the mail.
- A detailed report, sorted by type of letter, that lists the kind of responses and information from the cards.
- The comment card that generated the response letter.
What you'll receive each month:
- A consolidated report of the responses sent over the past month.
We also offer the option of automating the process further so we can mail everything out for you.
