Silver Edition

For the smaller or larger multi-unit operator that wants to handle data entry and response letter generation on their own. With this edition you will get access to the GuestForce platform to manage your guest feedback program. This includes the ability to have an online comment card that attaches to your website (extra setup fees may apply).

Gold Edition

This is a fully managed monthly service where you simply mail the cards to us each week and we handle the rest.

With this edition Insight handles data entry of feedback and the generation of Response Letters.

Platinum Edition

Same as Insight Gold but includes the Birthday and Anniversary Club. With the Birthday and Anniversary Club we generate letters to guests with Birthdays and Anniversaries in the upcoming month. The letters invite the guest to come in and celebrate and may offer an enticement such as a complimentary dessert.

Customized Comment Cards

We can develop a customized comment card for your operation that includes your logo, graphics, specific questions, and choice of card stock.

Pricing: $45-65 per 1000 for clients utilizing the Insight service. $125 per 1000 for development of a customized card for your own program.

Managed Email Marketing

Insight will manage your monthly email marketing efforts. With this service you can experience all the benefits of low-cost but highly effective email marketing while not having to learn new technologies or manage a new process.

Pricing: Starts at $114/mo for unlimited emails. Pricing will vary as you grow your email database.

Managed Direct Mail Marketing

As with our managed email program, Insight offers you a cost-effective monthly direct mail service that utilizes your growing database of guest contact information. We will work with you to design well targeted direct mail campaigns that will work in conjunction with your email marketing efforts. This provides you with a completey unified marketing strategy giving you the most bang for your buck out of your marketing budget.

Pricing: $100/mo plus cost of collateral and postage.
