Since I started using your service, and using the program to its fullest potential, the comment cards and response letters have definitely helped in our growth—not only in bottom line numbers but more importantly, in customer service, even after they have left my restaurant. Delivering the comment card with the guest check, as well as a weekly drawing for a $20 gift certificate, has helped generate comment cards from our guests. The information good or bad on the comment card gives us the opportunity to fix the problem and enforce the great job that my staff is doing. My staff is always looking forward to the month-end reports to see who has the most cards and best grade.
